Milwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Gio Gonzalez gave up one run on three hits over 5 1/3 innings in Saturday's game against the Mets. Gonzalez also didn't allow a walk and struck out seven. Though he wasn't able to secure a win, Gonzalez definitely pitched well enough to earn one. Gonzalez has shown he can be an effective pitcher in 2017, but we are going to need to see a lot more than this before he's considering him a valuable starter.
