Gio Gonzalez shut out the Reds for seven innings in a no-decision Thursday. Gonzalez was outstanding in allowing just two hits, walking none and striking out seven. Still, he did get the W after Brad Lidge blew a 2-0 lead in the ninth. It was still a nice bounce-back performance after a rough Nationals debut last week against the Cubs.
