Gonzalez appeared to be nursing some back tightness throughout the game, but he was able to gut it out until the rains came. The Nationals bullpen did a solid job after that, limiting the Giants to two runs over the final five frames. Gonzalez will carry a 3.42 ERA and 1.24 WHIP into Atlanta this weekend.
