Gio Gonzalez allowed three runs on seven hits and three walks in just 4 2/3 innings of Sunday's loss to the Braves. Gonzalez fanned five, but couldn't consistently find the strike zone in failing to complete at least five innings of work for the first time since his first start of the year. He needed 91 pitches to record his 14 outs. Gonzalez's ERA remains a stellar 2.31, but true to his career form, he's issued 28 free passes in just 66 1/3 innings. That's a hard way to keep such a low ERA. Gonzalez will get the Orioles in Baltimore next weekend.
