Gibson was recalled from Triple-A Rochester and will start Monday's game against the Orioles, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

As expected, Gibson was summoned to the big club ahead of his scheduled start Monday. Although the 29-year-old struggled across six starts with the Twins earlier in the season (8.20 ERA and 16:13 K:BB through 26.1 innings), he posted a 2.92 ERA and 18:5 K:BB through 12.1 innings with Rochester thereafter, so we'll see if his improvement translates.
