Gibson was excellent Sunday against the Tigers, allowing just one unearned run in seven innings while striking out six to earn his fourth consecutive win. The 27-year-old allowed an early run following a Tigers error, but was able to shut the door the rest of the way as the Twins cruised to a 7-1 victory. Gibson was a pleasant surprise for the Twins as well as fantasy owners in the fist half of the season, with a 2.85 to go along with an 8-6 record. His next start will come after the All-Star break although it has not been scheduled at this time.
