"So far he's doing good," general manager Terry Ryan said of Gibson, who is slated to get back onto the mound Friday for additional work. It sounds like Gibson is moving in the right direction, but he figures to need a couple live sessions and ultimately a minor league rehab assignment before receiving the green light to return to the majors.
