Giants optioned INF Adam Duvall to Triple-A Fresno. Duvall hit a home run during his brief stay, but he had just three base knocks in 18 at-bats overall and made a crucial error on Thursday. The Giants will activate Brandon Belt (thumb) from the DL prior to Friday's game to take Duvall's spot on the roster.
