Giants optioned 1B Adam Duvall to Triple-A Fresno. Duvall hit a two-run homer off Cliff Lee in his first game following his recall from Triple-A, but struggled after that. He was removed from the 25-man roster on Tuesday to open up a spot for Travis Ishikawa.
