Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Brian Wilson is fine and will throw as scheduled on Thursday. Henry Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle reported early Thursday that Wilson was on a list of pitchers who would not throw Thursday, but there has apparently been a change of plans. The bearded closer will continue to ramp up his workload in preparation for exhibition action.
