The San Francisco Giants acquired right-hander Tobias Myers from the Cleveland Guardians on Thursday in exchange for cash considerations. The Giants have optioned Myers to Triple-A Sacramento and right-hander Anthony DeSclafani (ankle) has been moved to the 60-day injured list.
