Giancarlo Stanton indicated Thursday that the Marlins haven't ruled out the possibility that he'll undergo arthoscopic surgery during the All Star break to remove a loose body from his left knee.
That's the last resort, of course. The Marlins have already ruled Stanton out for Friday's game, but he will take part in full pre-game activities to test the readiness of his knee. He is questionable for the rest of the first half, as well as the Home Run Derby and All-Star Game.
