Giancarlo Stanton (head) felt good Thursday after taking batting practice in the cage. Stanton was hit on the back of the head and at the top of his neck by a pitch from Jose Fernandez on Wednesday, but tests revealed that he did not suffer a concussion. Marlins manager Mike Redmond is hopeful that he'll play in Saturday's Grapefruit League game.
