Hicks (elbow) will get a second opinion Monday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It is highly unlikely that Hicks will be able to return in 2019, as he suffered a setback Saturday and has been unable to resume throwing. The fact he is getting a second opinion suggests that surgery might be on the table.
