Germano signed a minor league deal with the Mariners, Bob Dutton of the Tacoma News Tribune reports. Germano spent the majority of 2014 in Triple-A, posting a 5.02 ERA and 1.30 WHIP in 24 appearances. The 32-year-old has had several major league stints in his career, but has struggled as he's worked to a 5.40 ERA in 96 games. He'll likely serve as organizational depth for the Mariners in 2015.
