George A. King III of the New York Post reports that the Yankees will monitor what the Brewers do with Rickie Weeks this spring. Weeks is coming off a torn left hamstring and Scooter Gennett is the favorite for the starting second base job, so the Brewers will surely be willing to listen to offers. The 31-year-old is owed $11 million this year and has a $11.5 million vesting option for 2015.
