Gavin Floyd was removed in the third inning Saturday with a flexor muscle strain in his right elbow. Floyd spent time on the disabled list with the same ailment in 2012 and is likely headed back. Hector Santiago may be a candidate to take his place in the rotation. Floyd allowed two runs in 2 2/3 innings to the Rays on Saturday night before being lifted.
