Gavin Floyd was knocked around for seven runs over seven-plus innings in Monday's loss to the Angels. Floyd faced one batter in the eighth inning before being pulled. He gave up a total of 12 hits, including two home runs. On the bright side, he issued just one walk and struck out six. While the White Sox surely would have liked to have seen better results this late in the spring, the important part is that he's properly stretched out for the start of the season.
