Gavin Floyd got lit up by the light-hitting Angels in Wednesday's loss, allowing seven runs on 10 hits in six innings of work. Floyd allowed two home runs, one of which was a three-run shot to Albert Pujols. Pujols, of course, entered this evening with only one bomb on the season. Floyd's worst start of the year marks the third time in eight outings he's allowed five or more runs, and balloons his 2.53 ERA to 3.44. He should be able to get back on track on Tuesday when the White Sox host the Twins.
