Gavin Floyd (elbow) is expected to be activated by the Braves over the weekend. Floyd has exhausted his 30-day rehabilitation period, so he'll need to be activated by Sunday unless he gets further injured. He'll throw a bullpen session on Friday, and if feels good he'll be activated. "When he's ready to go, we'll put him in here some place," Braves manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "Plug him in." With a full rotation, that place may be the bullpen for the time being.
