Gausman might start Game 7 of the ALCS, if necessary, after the fallout from Monday's rainout, MASN Sports reports. Gausman saw action in Game 1 as Chris Tillman made an early exit. The Orioles have options, including squeezing two more starts in the series out of Tillman. It could come down to whether Gausman is needed in long relief again in the series prior to a potential Game 7.
