Gattis is out of the lineup Saturday against the A's. Gattis collected two hits in Friday's win, but he's still sitting with a miserable .136/.177/.220 batting line and 22 strikeouts through 15 games (62 plate appearances). Chris Carter will serve as the DH in Gattis' absence as Marwin Gonzalez steps in at first base, but the Astros figure to give Gattis plenty of time to work through his struggles.
