Garrett Jones hit a three-run homer Thursday as the Pirates beat the Astros 5-4 to extend their winning streak to four games. The Pirates are now 35-33 on the season. Jones homered off Jordan Lyles in the first and was at the plate when the Pirates went ahead for good in the sixth, hitting a fly to center that resulted in an error for Michael Bourn and one run scoring. Jones, who has seen his role reduced as of late, is 10-for-25 with seven RBI this month. He'll probably get more playing time with the Pirates having the DH available in Cleveland this weekend.
