Garret Cole fanned 10 while allowing four runs -- three earned -- in six innings against the Cubs on Thursday. It's not very often one gets a win after giving up three more runs than the opposing starter, but Cole will take it. It was a 4-0 game after six, and Cole was then removed for a pinch-hitter as part of the Pirates' five-run seventh inning. The bullpen nailed it down from there, and Cole has now won six straight regular-season starts dating back to last season. Three of those have come against the Cubs.
