Funkhouser was placed on the temporary inactive list at Double-A Erie on Monday, Emily Waldon of The Athletic reports.

The reason for the move is not yet clear. Funkhouser had been working his way back up to Triple-A Toledo after suffering a right shoulder impingement in early May.
