Carroll (shoulder) is fully cleared for the start of spring training, Zach Buchanan of The Athletic reports.

Carroll appeared in only seven games with High-A Hillsboro last year before requiring season-ending shoulder surgery, but he'll enter camp for 2022 fully healthy. The 21-year-old outfield is Arizona's top prospect and is likely to return to Hillsboro this season given his limited activity in 2021.
