FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal was told by sources that Kyle Lohse is "almost certain to sign with a team soon." Lohse hasn't been tied recently to any specific club, but spring training is now fully underway so it figures that some sort of resolution is coming. The 34-year-old right-hander registered a fantastic 2.86 ERA and 1.09 WHIP across 211 innings (33 starts) last season for the Cardinals but has struggled to attract offers this winter because signing him will cost a high 2013 draft pick.
