FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that Joel Hanrahan (elbow) is up to 90-92 mph in workouts and could sign with a team "fairly soon." Hanrahan expressed last month a desire to catch on with someone before the end of spring training. The former closer is expected to be game-ready at some point in May. The Yankees, Mets, and Red Sox are known to have been monitoring Hanrahan.
