FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal reports that David Wright has passed his physical with the Mets. The Mets plan to hold a press conference in Nashville on Wednesday in order to make his extension official. The two sides wrapped up an eight-year, $138 million extension late last week which will keep Wright with the club through the 2020 season.
