FOX Sports' Jon Paul Morosi reports that Joey Votto has not yet been cleared to join Canada's World Baseball Classic roster. Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reported Tuesday that Votto had been cleared, but Morosi is obviously hearing otherwise. Either way, Votto isn't sure if he'll participate or not. The Reds no doubt would prefer if he stayed in camp.
