It has been a rough second half for Fowler, as he is hitting .250/.374/.375 since the All-Star break after hitting .290/.398/.483 in the first half. That on-base percentage should keep him in the lineup most days, but his lack of power of late has opened the door for him to get the occassional day off. Matt Szczur will get the start in center field and lead off Thursday.
