Floyd (elbow) signed a one-year contract with the Indians on Tuesday. The deal is only said to include $4 million in guaranteed money, so it's a relatively low-risk investment on the Indians' part. Floyd turned in strong numbers in nine starts with the Braves last season (2.65 ERA, 1.25 WHIP) before a fractured elbow ended his campaign. If healthy, he should push for a rotation spot, but the jump to the tough AL Central will make him less appealing for fantasy purposes.
