Floyd (elbow) is expected to resume game activity by the second week of March, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.Floyd, who underwent elbow surgery in late-June, is currently throwing bullpen sessions and continues to build up volume, as well as intensity. He'll continue to throw bullpens and live batting practice, but his throwing program will be individualized to prevent extra strain on the elbow. Assuming he does not suffer a setback, Floyd should be in competition for a rotational spot to begin the season.
