Fernando Rodney notched his 47th save of the season with a scoreless inning in Monday's win over the Orioles. Rodney allowed two hits and no runs, lowering his ERA to a microscopic 0.605, which is just slightly below Dennis Eckersley's 0.613 mark from 1990, which is the lowest all-time for someone with 50+ innings in season. It has to be the most unexpectedly brilliant season in reliever history.
