Felix Doubront was placed on the 7-day minor league disabled list Sunday, retroactive to July 21, due to a right hamstring strain. It's not expected to keep him out long, but count on him missing at least a couple turns in Triple-A Pawtucket's rotation. Doubront has been injury-prone this season, also missing time with elbow and groin ailments earlier in the year.
