Felix Doubront (shoulder) will take seven days off from throwing bullpen sessions. The Red Sox are giving Doubront a bit of a breather as he deals with some slight shoulder weakness. The 25-year-old southpaw said his forearm was a bit tight during the offseason, but that his shoulder wasn't an issue. The hope right now is that a little rest will do the trick, but coming off a career-high 161 innings last season, it's a situation that should be monitored.
