Felix Doubront pitched well in Tuesday's victory over the Rays, allowing three runs on one hit and five walks over his six frames. Doubront struck out five. He struggled with his command for most of the evening but kept the Rays off balance and limited any strong contact. All three runs came in the third inning, where Ben Zobrist delivered a two-run single and Evan Longoria added a sacrifice fly. The left-hander will carry an 11-9 record, 5.08 ERA and 146/68 K/BB ratio into Sunday's home matchup against the Orioles.
