Felix Doubront and Craig Breslow will be slightly behind the other Red Sox pitchers in spring training after they experienced some slight shoulder weakness while long-tossing. Manager John Farrell stressed that holding the pitchers back a bit is only precautionary and they don't expect it to be a big deal. It's worth noting, though, particularly in Doubront's case, after he went from throwing 87 2/3 innings in 2011 to 161 this past season.
