Felix Doubront allowed two runs but struck out five in his three innings Saturday. Doubront is a good bet to make the Red Sox rotation after making 29 starts in his rookie year. He won 11 games in 2012, but a 4.86 ERA and 1.45 WHIP take some shine off the 25-year-old lefty. If he can ever get the control issues figured out he'd be an enticing fantasy option for his stikeout ability -- Doubront fanned 167 in 161 innings last season.
