Felipe Paulino was obliterated in Friday's loss to the Rangers, getting pounded for 10 runs on 13 hits in just 3 2/3 innings of work. With an already depleted bullpen, manager Robin Ventura tried to leave Paulino in there to take his medicine and eat some innings, but he simply couldn't get hitters out. With an 11.29 ERA and 2.56 WHIP through his first 18 1/3, it'd be shocking if he wasn't demoted to the bullpen after this debacle.
