Felipe Paulino (groin) allowed three runs on four hits and two walks over three innings Wednesday in a rehab start for Double-A Northwest Arkansas. It's not the ideal results, obviously, but Paulino evidently came through the outing healthy and should rejoin the rotation as expected on Monday. It's not clear at this point who he will replace among the starting five.
