Felipe Paulino gave up four runs -- three earned -- in seven innings Tuesday against the Padres. Paulino struck out seven and only walked one batter, but he was far too hittable in the 118-pitch effort, allowing 11 hits. The righty has posted consistently good strikeout numbers since arriving in Kansas City, but he's not a fantasy option outside of very deep AL-only formats.
