Felipe Paulino (forearm) pitched three innings in an extended spring training game Friday. He was routinely clocked in the 96 to 99 mph range. Paulino has been on the disabled list since the start of the regular season. He is expected to begin his rehab assignment in Double-A Northwest Arkansas.
