Felipe Paulino (elbow) will move his rehab assignment up to Triple-A Omaha Friday. Paulino's recovery from Tommy John surgery has been stalled by back and shoulder issues, but he's back on track. The righty should should the Royals sometime next month. "I'm a little off mechanically, but that's normal," Paulino said. "I haven't pitched much in a long time, but I'm focused on working those mechanics. Everything - back, shoulder, elbow - feels good, so I'm happy with where I'm at right now."
