Felipe Paulino (elbow) struck out six over five scoreless innings in his first rehab start with Double-A Northwest Arkansas Tuesday. Paulino allowed only two hits and two walks in the outing and threw 42 of 67 pitches for strikes in an impressive first rehab outing. The right-hander will need a handful of rehab starts before likely rejoining the Royals' rotation around the All-Star break.
