Felipe Paulino (elbow, shoulder) resumed a rehab assignment at Double-A Northwest Arkansas Saturday. Paulino allowed two runs on three hits and two walks over three innings of work. The right-hander had his rehab stalled for nearly eight weeks due to back and shoulder soreness. He'll be an option for the rotation later this month but could come back as a reliever.
