Felipe Paulino (elbow) is making another rehab start Monday at Double-A Northwest Arkansas. Paulino threw 75 pitches his last time out and could be ready to rejoin the Royals later this week if all goes well on Monday. He's been on the disabled list since the end of spring training with right elbow soreness.
