Felipe Paulino (elbow) has been recalled from his rehab assignment due to lower back stiffness. Paulino was scratched from a scheduled rehab start on Sunday due to the injury. It's considered minor, though, so he should be pitching again soon. "I don't think it's anything major. Very minor," Royals manager Ned Yost said.
