Felipe Paulino (elbow, back) will restart his rehab assignment Sunday at Double-A Northwest Arkansas. Paulino had to be shut down in the middle of a rehab assignment earlier this month after experiencing stiffness in his lower back. He is on the long road to recovery from Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery.
