Felipe Paulino (elbow, back) experienced shoulder soreness after a simulated game on Tuesday and will not resume his rehab assignment Sunday as originally scheduled. Paulino already had to be shut down from his rehab assignment earlier this month due to stiffness in his lower back, but now his shoulder is giving him issues. Coming back from Tommy John surgery, he'll need to make several starts before the Royals consider bringing him back to the majors. He's nowhere close right now.
